一、申请资格/Qualifications of Applicants

1.非中国籍公民，身心健康；

Non-Chinese citizens with good physical and mental health;

2.申请人年龄范围：年满18周岁；

Age Range of Applicants: over 18 years old

3.学历背景：高中毕业或具有同等学历；

Education background: High school graduate or equivalent

具备经济能力；

Capable of affording the necessary expenditure

5.无犯罪记录；

No criminal record

二、项目信息/Program Details

1.申请时间/Application Time

即日起至2025年7月10日

Application will be open tillJuly 10,2025

2.课程时间/Learning period of the program

2025年秋季：2025年9月中旬 - 2026年1月上旬（16周）

2025 Autumn Semester (provisionally): frommid-September, 2025 to early-January, 2026 (16 weeks)

3.开设层级/Level of class

初级/Beginner Level

中级/Intermediate Level

（1）学生需参加分班考试决定最终所在层级。Students will be divided into classes of different levels according to the results of the placement test.

（2）获得HSK4级has）证书的同学，自动分入中级班。Those who have HSK 4 Certificate(or above) will be assigned into Intermediate Level Class.

备注/Notes：

（1）入住时须按学期一次性缴清住宿费用。

Accommodation fee shall be paid bysemester.

（2）宿舍数量有限，不能保证全部入住

The number of dorms is limited, and not all applicants can be accepted to live in campus.

其他/Others

转账/ Transactions

银行汇款时请在外事系统备注内填入被录取人护照号码，并在系统上上传报名费付款凭证。Applicant's passport number must be read from the application fee payment receipt that the applicant uploads in the application system
在境内的国际学生请通过境内付款的方式支付相关费用。For applicants who are already in China they must go through a domestic transaction.

（2）退费/Refund

a)报名费一经支付，不予退还。Application fee is not refundable.

b)从开课之日算起，在两个星期内提出退学申请的，经批准后，可退还75%学费；在三个星期内提出退学申请的，经批准后，可退还50%学费；超过三个星期的，不退还学费。

From the program commencement date:Students who submit a withdrawal application within 2 weeks and obtain official approval may receive a 75% tuition refund. Students who submit a withdrawal application within 3 weeks and obtain official approval may receive a 50% tuition refund. No refunds will be granted for applications submitted after 3 weeks.

四、申请方式及材料/Application Method & Materials Needed

1.护照及签证/Passport& Visa

（1）清晰的有效护照页，包括姓名、照片、出生日期、出生地、护照签发日和到期日。护照有效期至少为6个月。A clear passport photo page, including name, photo, date of birth, place of birth, passport date of issue, and expiration date. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months.

（2）如果曾有来华经历或目前正在中国，需提交所有相关的签证页。If you have ever been to China or are currently in China, you need to submit all relevant visa pages.

（3）正式报到前，本校不办理停留签证和居留许可。Before registration, the university will not process any T-visa and residence permit.

2.高中毕业证书（或同等学历，如IB，A Level等）和高中阶段所有年级（学期）成绩单/High school diploma (or equivalent, such as IB, A Level, etc.) and transcripts of all grades(semesters) of high school

（1）须为有学校盖章或相关负责人签字的原件/The original must be stamped by the school or signed by the relevant person in charge.

（2）提交成绩单时，建议附成绩评估标准说明/When submitting a transcript, it is recommended to attach a description of the performance evaluation criteria.

（3）即将毕业者，可提交预毕业证明及至目前为止已获得的成绩单。获得正式的高中毕业证书和最终的成绩单后，须及时向上海电机学院提交/Those who are about to graduate can submit a pre-graduation certificate and transcripts obtained so far. After obtaining a formal high school diploma and final transcripts, you must submit them to Shanghai DianJi University in a timely manner.

* 被录取者在开学报到时，需提供以上原件以备查验。请如实提供所有申请材料，一旦发现虚假材料，将取消入学资格。

Students are required to provide the above original documents for verification when they register at the beginning of the 1st semester.If any false materials are discovered,the admissionqualification will be revoked.

3.个人简历/Resume

用所申请项目的授课语言书写，包括个人基本信息、联系方式、教育背景（高中阶段开始）、工作或实习经历（如有）、课外活动参与、获奖情况、兴趣爱好等。不同经历间的断档时间不得超过3个月。Written in the teaching language of the applied program, including basic personal information, contact information, educational background (starting from senior high school), work or internship experience (if any), extracurricular activity participation, awards, hobbies, etc. The downtime between different experiences should not exceed 3 months.

4.由官方半年内出具的无犯罪记录证明或在校期间无违纪违规证明/Police Clearance Certificate issued by local government or Character Certificate by the school with a recent date.

5.经济情况证明（如存款证明、中国境内银行账户明细等）/ Financial Supporting Materials (Deposit Certificate, Bank Account balance details, etc)

6.其他材料（包括获奖证书、推荐信、转学证明、工作证明等）/Other documents if applicable (other certificates, letters of recommendation, transfer letter, working certificate, etc.)
