1. Qualifications of Applicants 申请资格
1.1Non-Chinese citizens with good physical and mental health；
非中国籍公民，身心健康；
1.2 Age Range of Applicants: over 18 years old
申请人年龄范围：年满18周岁；
1.3 Education background: High school graduate or equivalent
学历背景：高中毕业或具有同等学历；
1.4.Capable of affording the necessary expenditure
具备经济能力；
1.5.No criminal record
无犯罪记录；

2.1.Application Time /申请时间

2.2 Learning period of the program/课程时间
2024 Autumn Semester (provisionally): from mid-September, 2024 to early-January, 2025 (16 weeks)
2024年秋季：2024年9月中旬 - 2025年1月上旬（16周）
2.3 Level of class/开设层级
Beginner Level/初级
Intermediate Level/中级
（1）Students will be divided into classes of different levels according tothe results of the placement test.
学生需参加分班考试决定最终所在层级。
（2）Those who have HSK 4 Certificate(or above) will be assigned into Intermediate Level Class.
获得HSK4级（或以上）证书的同学，自动分入中级班
3. Cost (in RMB yuan) 费用（人民币元）
3.1 Application Fee/报名费

3.3 Accommodation Fee/住宿费
Twin room, and the actual dorm fee will be charged according to the specific situation when the new semester starts due to the reconstruction.
学校提供有限的留学生公寓（两人间），因改造等原因，实际费用视报到具体情况收取。
Notes/备注：
（1）Accommodation fee shall be paid by semester.
入住时须按学期一次性缴清住宿费用。
（2）The number of dorms is limited, and not all applicants can be accepted to live in campus.
宿舍数量有限，不能保证全部入住
3.4 Insurance/保险费

3.5 Others/其他
（1）Transactions/转账
a) Applicant's passport number must be read from the application fee payment receipt that the applicant uploads in the application system.
银行汇款时请在外事系统备注内填入被录取人护照号码,并在系统上上传报名费付款凭证。
b) For applicants who are already in China they must go through a domestic transaction.
在境内的国际学生请通过境内付款的方式支付相关费用。
（2）Refund/退费
a) Application fee is not refundable.
报名费一经支付，不予退还。
b) From the beginning of the classes, those who apply to drop out in 2 weeks can get 75%of the tuition refund;those who apply to drop out in week 3 can get 50% of the tuition refund; no refund from Week Those who are forced to withdraw from school due to violation of school rules and regulations will not be refunded.
从开课之日算起，在两个星期内提出退学申请的，经批准后，可退还75%学费；在三个星期内提出退学申请的，经批准后，可退还50%学费；超过三个星期的，不退还学费。因违反校纪校规被强制退学的，不退费。

4.Application Method & Materials Needed 申请方式及材料

4.1 Passport& Visa / 护照及签证
（1）A clear passport photo page, including name, photo, date of birth, place of birth, passport date of issue, and expiration date. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months.
清晰的有效护照页，包括姓名、照片、出生日期、出生地、护照签发日和到期日。护照有效期至少为6个月。
（2）If you have ever been to China or are currently in China, you need to submit all relevant visa pages.
如果曾有来华经历或目前正在中国，需提交所有相关的签证页。
（3）Before registration, the university will not process any T-visa and residence permit.
正式报到前，本校不办理停留签证和居留许可。
4.2 High school diploma (or equivalent, such as IB, A Level, etc.) and transcripts of all grades(semesters) of high school.
高中毕业证书（或同等学历，如IB，A Level等）和高中阶段所有年级（学期）成绩单。
（1）The original must be stamped by the school or signed by the relevant person in charge.
须为有学校盖章或相关负责人签字的原件。
（2）When submitting a transcript, it is recommended to attach a description of the performance evaluation criteria.
提交成绩单时，建议附成绩评估标准说明。
（3）Those who are about to graduate can submit a pre-graduation certificate and transcripts obtained so far. After obtaining a formal high school diploma and final transcripts, you must submit them to Shanghai Dianji University in a timely manner.
即将毕业者，可提交预毕业证明及到目前为止已获得的成绩单。获得正式的高中毕业证书和最终的成绩单后，须及时向上海电机学院提交
Students are required to provide the above original documents for verification when they register at the beginning of the 1st semester.
* 被录取者在开学报到时，需提供以上原件以备查验。
4.3 Resume/个人简历
Provide a resume, including basic personal information, contact information, educational background (starting from senior high school), work or internship experience (if any), extracurricular activity participation, awards, hobbies, etc. The downtime between different experiences should not exceed 3 months.
提供个人简历，包括基本信息、联系方式、教育背景（高中阶段开始）、工作或实习经历（如有）、课外活动参与、获奖情况、兴趣爱好等。不同经历间的断档时间不得超过3个月。
4.4 Police Clearance Certificate issued by local government or Character Certificate by the school with a recent date.
由官方半年内出具的无犯罪记录证明或在校期间无违纪违规证明
4.5 Financial Supporting Materials (Deposit Certificate, Bank Account balance details, etc)
经济情况证明（如存款证明、中国境内银行账户明细等）
4.6 Other documents if applicable (other certificates, letters of recommendation, transfer letter, working certificate, etc.)
其他材料（包括获奖证书、推荐信、转学证明、工作证明等）
